What women really think about their 'friends'
10:57 06 April 2011
A survey has revealed what women really think about their so-called Facebook 'friends'.
Website Eversave talked to 400 ladies about their relationships on the social networking site and uncovered some surprising results.
The site uncovered a love/hate relationship between women and their Facebook acquaintances, with the majority of those asked saying that they had at least one friend who was a 'drama queen' and one that was a 'proud mother'.
Eighty-three per cent of female respondents said that they get annoyed by the posts from their Facebook connections, with 63 per cent saying their biggest pet peeve on the site was people complaining.
Political posts and bragging came in the second and third when it came to the most annoying updates.
The results also found that 65 per cent of women said their friends shared too many mundane updates too often and 46 per cent said that people 'liked' too many posts.
Forty per cent of ladies also thought that those people used Facebook to project false information about their lives.
