Two die after fire in London flat
Two people have died and around 50 people were evacuated as a result of a fire in a West London flat

Two individuals have been killed following a fire at a flat in Hounslow, London, and 50 others were evacuated from the building.
Also, two males, an 18-year-old and a 37 –year-old, have been taken to hospital for treatment, the London Ambulance Service has explained.
The blaze was attended to by approximately 60 firefighters after they were alerted in the early hours of Wednesday morning, 10th July. The fire has been put out, London Fire Brigade has confirmed.
Members of the police who were on patrol reported the fire.
One person was discovered in the street near the building and pronounced dead. Another person was discovered dead in the flat, Scotland Yard stated.
The Metropolitan Police Service said in a statement: “An injured person was found in the street close to the building and subsequently pronounced dead.
“LFB brought the fire under control and are now conducting a search of the building.
“One further body has been found inside.”
It is believed that in total three people exited the building which was on fire by jumping.
As of time of press, the reason for the blaze is not known.
