John Terry’s Dad charged with ‘racist assault’
His father has been charged with racially aggravated assault

The father of footballer John Terry, Ted Terry, has been charged with racially aggravated assault, it has been reported. He has also been charged with causing racially aggravated fear of violence.
This comes after an incident allegedly took place on Fenchurch Street, London, earlier this year.
The accusations are that Ted Terry, who is 59 years old, carried out a racially aggravated assault and a public order offence.
The Daily Mail reported that the City of London Police, who is looking into the alleged offences, did not give further information about what allegedly happened.
It is believed that two other males were also charged; Tudor Musteata, aged 47, and Stephen Niland, who is 36 years old. They were charged with causing racially aggravated fear of violence.
It is understood that the three individuals are expected to appear in court later this month. They have been released on bail.
John Terry, who is 32 years old, is the captain of Chelsea FC. He has captained England football team also.
Chelsea FC is based in London and was founded in 1905. Other players for the team include Frank Lampard among others.
