In the midst of gay sex accusations, John Travolta recently braved a chat show in his first public appearance following the said claims. The actor, however, was not asked about the issue.
This caused fans to blast US TV host Kelly Ripa for not bringing up the issue when the 58-year-old Grease actor was on the show to promote his new film “Savages.” Instead, they talked about baking and making cupcakes.
A few days before this, Travolta was pictured kissing his wife Kelly Preston, 49, at the film’s premiere.
Prior to this, the actor was faced with a £2.4million lawsuit for sex assault. The fiasco began when a masseur accused the Hollywood star of making indecent proposals to him during a massage ata Los Angeles hotel. Following this, another masseur came out, accusing Travolta of “sexual battery” during a hotel massage in Atlanta, Georgia. The two masseurs have since then ditched their lawsuits. But now, a ship steward has also filed a lawsuit, accusing the actor of exposing himself during a neck massage on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship back in 2009.
Throughout all these, Travolta has denied all allegations and called them “baseless lies.”
