Abi Titmuss has become the latest celebrity castaway to be booted off Love Island, just days before the show's final.

The former nurse turned reality TV star insisted she wasn't disappointed to be leaving the Fijian love hideaway.

"I'm happy. I'm really happy," she said.

"Obviously I'm sad to leave the group, but to get this far was great. A dream come true."

One person Abi is most likely to be upset about leaving behind in paradise is former footballer Lee Sharpe, after the pair got cosy in the celebrity love shack this week.

But there was no love lost between the blonde bombshell and brooding brunette Jayne Middlemiss after Abi got it on with Lee, the object of Jayne's desire.

Yesterday the Geordie TV presenter speculated that the newfound relationship between Lee and Abi was just a sham.

Even Abi confessed to hosts Patrick Kielty and Kelly Brook that a reality TV show wasn't the best place to spark up a relationship.

"Come on," she mused. "We met on a TV show. We'll just have to see what happens."

But pressed about her feelings for him, Abi suggested she might be hoping their relationship turned into the real thing back home.

"I did hold back a lot," she confessed. "But it's not reality in there.

"What I will say is that we get on like a house on fire and I can't wait until he gets out."

With just four celebrities now left in the love game, viewers will now vote for which celebrity boy and girl will go on to win Love Island and scoop the 100,000 prize.
