Star quits I'm A Celeb...
Contestant leaves the jungle after just ten days...
10:39 22 November 2010
Nigel Havers has left the I'm a Celebrity... jungle.
The 59-year-old actor left the camp last night after he objected to the Kangaroo Court task, during which contestants were given electric shocks if they failed.
He was seen debating his future in the jungle in Sunday night's episode.
Speaking in the bush telegraph, he said: "I cannot waste another second of my life in here. It's becoming endless. Every day is like a year.
"I can't talk any small talk anymore. I just can't do any more of it. I'm up to here with the inane constant conversation."
The former Corrie star left the camp, after lasting just ten days, and was taken to a six-star resort on the Australian Gold Coast.
Nigel's exit will be shown on tonight's show.
It is currently unclear whether a celebrity will be brought in to replace Havers.
