Solutions to Tech Sleeping Problems
While technology has caused sleep problems for a lot of people, it can also offer effective solutions.

There is no doubt that technology has many benefits to offer. It has certainly improved the quality of our lives over the years. However, it has also affected us in other ways. One of its disadvantages is that it caused us to get less and less sleep.
One way to solve this is by using blue light filters on a schedule with the local sunset times to help reduce the amount of blue light emitted by your phone, computer, tablet or even TV. The blue light keeps you awake because it tricks your brain into thinking it is still daytime and effectively affects your circadian rhythm.
You may also use your smart speaker as a white-noise machine. Alexa and Google Home speakers can be used to play all sorts of nature, city or other relaxing sounds so you can easily and quickly doze off.
You may also leave your phone outside of your bedroom to keep you from browsing Twitter or Instagram before you go to sleep.
Another option is to switch to a calm alarm noise so you will wake up naturally. You can also use existing technology to automatically change to comfortable sleeping/waking temperature so your body can adjust easily.
