Paris Hilton is facing court after she reportedly stole a copy of her own sex video from a newsstand.
The eccentric heiress, who is now being investigated for petty theft, was buying magazines from a Los Angeles street vendor when she spotted a display of her raunchy homemade porn movie 'One Night in Paris'.
The furious beauty - whose intimate video was originally leaked onto the internet in 2002 by an ex-lover - is seen on CCTV footage, posted on America's Celebrity Justice website, grabbing the offending item and walking away.
Jerry Castro, an employee at Swing News in Hollywood revealed: "She threw her 80 cents at me and took the video and said, 'I'm taking this and I'm not buying it.'"
He also accused the sexy star and her bodyguards of ripping up a poster and pulling down a display advertising the video.
Paris's younger sister, Nicky, defended her actions saying: "She did something anyone would have done. It's not a big deal. I think this guy is trying to make it into a big deal, to get some publicity."
Police officers are set to present the case to prosecutors at a Los Angeles court next week to decide if Paris should be charged with theft.
