Jayne Middlemiss and Lee Sharpe have returned to the Celebrity Love Island after their time on the Make or Break Boat to find unrest in the camp.
Viewers chose them as the pair that needed to 'fix' their relationship with a bit of alone-time and some TLC but only friendship has blossomed - and lots of tears.
Whatever friction took place on the open sea, however, it has been nothing to the alcohol-fuelled arguments on the island itself.
"What the f**k's going on here? When we left it was all peace, love and happiness, and we come back and the atmosphere now is horrible," Jayne asked in the Beach Hut.
"I'm sensing a lot of ill feeling going on and I don't like it."
But for a while all ill will was forgotten, as the celebs welcomed home two of their own. The boys took turns in hugging and picking up Jayne, while a genuinely pleased Rebecca beamed on.
And Lee and Jayne seemed happy to return, with the former footballer saying: "It's so good to be back. It just feels like home. I've missed everyone."
Meanwhile, over in the (no) Love Shack, things were predictably far from sparking.
Liz and Fran were never going to delight viewers with the sort of goings on Rebecca and Calum engaged in - Fran is the ex-fiance of one of Liz's Atomic Kitten bandmates.
"No-one could make us a couple. Obviously there won't be any romance but it will be a proper giggleYou're going to see two people having a proper laugh. Reminiscing, have a lot of fun," said Liz.
Fran added: "We're used to each other because we know each other well. I'm not worried at all. It's just gonna be chilled."
