Charlie really is not helping himself or his reputation on Coronation Street as the badboy continues to cause chaos.
Having tormented poor Bev, played by Susie Blake, Bill Ward's menacing character is angered when police confront him.
It turns out Bev reported Charlie to them but when the female officer comes round to question him, Charlie charms his way out of trouble and even manages to persuade the officer that Bev is the one in the wrong.
Bev is then horrified when police return to her home and caution the innocent lady on account of Charlie's comments.
But Charlie does not stop there, venting his anger in a tussle in the Rovers bar with Ciaran, played by Keith Duffy.
Ciaran manages to pin Charlie to the wall and threatens to punch him only for Shelley to step in and promptly sack the poor barman.
