"Unlucky" Big Brother housemate Makosi has finally set about trying to make herself the most unpopular contestant in the reality show in order to save herself from eviction.
On her first night in the house, the cardiac nurse from High Wycombe was told she would face the public vote next week unless she gains the most nominations from her housemates.
But far from turning into a super diva, Makosi's friendly banter with her fellow housemates forced Big Brother to call her back to the diary room to spell out the aim of her task once again.
Thankfully, Makosi now appears to have understood her mission and is already starting to wind the other housemates up.
"I can turn out to be the real B word and put on my diva syndrome," she told Big Brother.
"I can break the record and make all 12 housemates nominate me."
Wasting no time putting her plan into action on Saturday, Makosi switched on the lights while the other contestants were still in a deep slumber, prompting an angry reaction from cockney geezer, Maxwell.
"That Mechano [he means Mekosi] is the most awkward person I've ever met in my life," the engineer later whined, having earlier exchanged a string of insults with her.
Sadly for Mekosi, she isn't the only one playing games in the house and Big Brother is trying to ensure she gets nothing but sympathy from her housemates, which is undermining her secret plot to stay by making them hate her.
Last night, the 24-year-old was ordered to sort through hundreds of keys in order to open her suitcase, which prompted laughter and offers of help from her housemates.
"I can't believe this. It could take hours," declared Lesley as Makosi tried the keys one by one.
After defiantly declaring that she didn't want her clothes anymore anyway, an overjoyed Makosi then chanced upon the right key and was reunited with her belongings.
But she must now work even harder to attract the wrath of her housemates, or else face packing up her suitcase for good.
Big Brother's first nominations will take place on Tuesday, with the results announced in a live show on Wednesday.
