Recently engaged Justin Timberlake has put his New York bachelor pad on the market for $7.65 million. He won’t be needing it now that he and girlfriend Jessica Biel are headed down the aisle. 

 

The singer and actor, 31, will be making a profit on the penthouse pad, which he purchased for $6.56 million in 2010. The property is in a prime location in downtown Manhattan and has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. 

 

The penthouse boasts of a glass curtain wall with a stunning view of the Manhattan skyline with the Empire State Building proudly standing off in the distance. With a fireplace, an outdoor terrace, an oval bathtub, and a heated floor, the bachelor pad had a lot of features that would impress a lady, but it looks like Justin is no longer in need of them as he plans to settle down.

 

His kitchen is also impressively designed with elm and smoked glass cabinets and state-of-the-art kitchen appliances. 

 

This doesn’t come as a surprise, though, since the In Time actor has engaged in interior design in the past. 

 

The multi-talented former bachelor kissed his bachelor days goodbye when he proposed to Jessica over Christmas in Wyoming. No concrete details regarding the wedding have been released.
