Michael Jackson is being sued by a concert promoter for allegedly breaching a contract to play in America with the Jackson Five.
AllGood Entertainment has filed the lawsuit to put a halt to Jackson's comeback shows next month at London's O2 Arena.
Under the alleged agreement, the King of Pop is under contract with them for a Jackson 5 reunion tour and is not allowed to perform in the planned UK shows until at least three months after a family band reformation in 2010.
A spokesman for AllGood said: "We've given Michael Jackson and AEG every opportunity, publicly and privately, to resolve this matter and to date we have not heard from anyone."
The promoter is also seeking 24.4 million in damages from the star.
The 'Thriller' singer is scheduled to start the comeback shows on July 13. 750,000 tickets have been sold for the residency.
