Jordan was fined more than £1,000 yesterday for not being in control of her pink horsebox.
Escaping a driving ban, the glamour girl was found guilty of not being in proper control of a vehicle after veering into another lane whilst driving the giant 7.5 ton horsebox.
Police following 32-year-old Katie Price, also known as Jordan, said they saw her using her mobile phone.
Katie was then pulled over and accused of using her mobile phone whilst driving, but then produced a bottle of perfume from her bag and said she had, instead, been spraying herself with it.
She explained her actions, claiming:
“I’m just a typical woman driver.”
PC Phillip Mann told the court: "I saw the horsebox come from the slip road then it went from lane one to lane two, causing two vehicles to move away from it when it went back to lane one.
"I pulled alongside and saw a person I know as Katie Price and in her right hand she had what appeared to be a mobile phone and it appeared she was texting on it and I pulled her over.
"I believe she said she was not using her mobile phone and that she was using perfume".
Price strenuously denied using her mobile phone whilst driving, insisting her horsebox was equipped with hands-free Bluetooth technology.
Katie was fined £1,000, and ordered to pay a surcharge and costs of £650. She also had three points added to her licence, which already has seven points on it.
