Keira Knightley left Bodyrockers' star Kaz James heartbroken after cruelly denying they were ever an item, model Sophie Anderton has claimed.

The pair were reported to have dated last September, shortly after the 'Pride and Prejudice' actress split from model boyfriend Jamie Dornan.

However, Keira later denied the pair had ever been romantically involved branding Kaz a "sad loser" for claiming they enjoyed a brief fling.

Sophie, who dated the pop star in December, has now taken a swipe at the sexy actress, who has now rekindled her relationship with Jamie, saying she deeply upset Kaz with her cruel jibe.

Sophie said: "I think the way Keira treated Kaz was revolting. He told me it left him devastated. I can't understand how anyone could treat someone else like that. He said he really like her and she told everyone she had never even met him. It was humiliating for Kaz."

Sophie, 28, insists she had a great time dating 24-year-old Kaz but had to call time on their fledgling romance because she couldn't handle all his "groupies".

She added: "He was great, but a bit young for me and not quite ready to settle down. Plus, I couldn't handle all the groupies."
