Angelina Jolie has sparked health fears after collapsing and cutting her head on set.

The pregnant actress, who is rumoured to be expecting twins, reportedly passed out while filming new movie, 'The Good Shepherd' in the Dominican Republic.

Doctors are now concerned Angelina, who has allegedly been put on "high risk pregnancy alert", is putting too much stress on her body because she is trying to maintain her hectic work schedule while pregnant.

Father-to-be Brad Pitt is also worried about her health and the well-being of their unborn tot and is desperate for her to cut down on her activities.

A source said: "Brad's worried sick about her. She looks really frail and she's pale and gaunt. I heard her doctor has warned Angelina that she's not to drive or to fly on her own, and that she must have an adult with her at all times in case she passes out.

"Brad has been trying to persuade her to go on a bed rest. But she won't hear any of it."

Brad has now dropped everything to be by Angelina's side and is determined not to let anything happen to her that might affect the pregnancy.

The source added to America's Star magazine: "Brad doesn't want to leave her side and is clucking around her like a mother hen.

"Brad is really the mothering kind and he's not going too let anything happen to her or the unborn baby."
