Glasgow IOT coverage

Glasgow's IOT coverage is set to expand as a ninth gateway is added to those already situated around the city.

Connectivity will be more consistent, with the new gateway set to cover the South East.  Those using the coverage in the city centre will benefit, particularly those inside or underground.

 

The new gateway will be at the Riverside Campus of Glasgow's College.  

 

Douglas Morrison stated how innovative educational solutions are always greatly received at the college and due to Glasgow's smart city status, the gateway is a great addition.

 

The Riverside Campus is a maritime and engineering campus and always at the head of technological advances, so it is fitting that the gateway should be situated there.
