Sebastian Vettel’s total pit time was 21.135, slightly higher than Mark Webber’s pit time of 21.010 but still significantly lower than many of the other drivers’ pit times.
Webber came in 4.2 seconds behind Vettel so it is possible that a few modifications in driving techniques may give him the greater advantage since he already has the lowest total pit time numbers.
Sebastian Vettel’s win makes this his 27th victory which now matches Sir Jackie Stewart’s number of victories. Webber was ahead, but heeded a request to pull back while Vettel ignored it and continued on to claim the Malaysian Grand Prix victory.
