Spoiler alert! One of Walford's residents is set to pop the question.

Bradley Branning will ask ex-wife Stacey to marry him at the end of the month.

The businessman, played by Charlie Clements, plucks up the courage to ask pregnant Stacey in a bid to make them a "real family".

Bradley has vowed to keep the real paternity of the baby a secret, after Archie Mitchell got Stacey pregnant when he raped her last year.

However things are not set to run smoothly for the young couple as Bradley is set to make a shock exit.

Back in November, Clements announced he was to leave Walford, with, executive producer at the time, Diederick Santer saying: "I can promise a big exit for the character."

Despite reports however, show bosses have died reports that he is to commit suicide for the anniversary special.

The BBC soap's live 25th anniversary episode will air on February 19 and reveal who did kill Archie.
