It’s not merely to put up with the rapidly evolving requirements of consumers and businesses. But it is also to offer the storage, infrastructure, and access requirements that will allow a massive outburst in machine learning and IoT, integrating everything from the autonomous vehicle along with smart cities via connected factories, farms, and AI-centric healthcare.

To this extent, Openreach, BT’s digital network business, announced that it was collaborating with STL to extend millions of kilometers of optical fiber cable for its advanced, fast, reliable, and full-fiber broadband network.
Although fiber is generally a hidden, unobtrusive component of the data center, it has an important part to play in extending the fuel to power the data demands and support the growing digital economy.
