Tom Cruise is being sued by a stuntman - for wrecking his sex life.
Special effects technician Scott Wheatley suffered third-degree burns over 60 percent of his body on the set of Cruise's new film, 'Mission Impossible III' - and says it left him incapable of making love to his wife.
Wheatley, who insists he is in constant pain since the accident last June, had been standing near a pyrotechnics-rigged car waiting to shoot a scene when it suddenly exploded, engulfing him in flames.
He insists he hadn't been given a fire-proof suit and that there weren't any extinguishers or fire crews nearby.
The stuntman, who has worked on several Hollywood blockbusters, has filed a lawsuit against Cruise's production company Cruise/Wagner Productions and Paramount Pictures.
He and his wife Mary are claiming their negligence caused him "severe personal injury".
They are also suing for loss of consortium - a spouse's inability to have normal marital relations - according to website TMZ.com.
Nancy Kirkpatrick of Paramount Pictures has refused to discuss the lawsuit, saying: "We can't comment on pending litigation."
