Could Invisibility Cloak Be Reality?
US researchers have invented a material that works similarly as Harry Potter’s cloak of invisibility.

Scientists have discovered how to make a Cloak of Invisibility. But unlike the one that saved Harry Potter a few times, the prototype is only big enough to make something very tiny disappear.
The material, which can be wrapped around an object, is a microscopically thin film made of gold “nanoantenna” blocks that collect the sun’s rays in high-tech solar panels. The film scatters light waves normally making the object invisible to the human eye.
Dr Xiang Zhang, of the US Department of Energy, said: “It’s the first time a 3D object of arbitrary shape has been cloaked from visible light.”
