CCTV Catches Seagull Shoplifting
A thieving seagull was caught on CCTV stealing French pastries.

A thieving seagull was caught on CCTV camera stealing a croissant from a convenience shop in Bangor. Late Stop 24's CCTV footage shows the wily gull walking purposefully into the shop to snatch the pasty packet before making a run for it through the shop's front door.
The shop confirmed that this has been the second gull-related theft to have happened at the shop. This prompted the shop owners to appeal for information saying that the shifty bird is "pushing his luck."
Along with the CCTV footage, the shop posted: "Do you recognise this thief? Caught on camera twice [on Wednesday] stealing from the premises, he's pushing his luck... Somebody out there must recognise him... We have already been given the name Steven, but could be just a relation. Any info appreciated."
Bangor is the latest to be included in places in North Wales to have had issues with unruly seagulls. Last week, a resident of Llanfairpwll said that village residents are "living in fear" following a spate of seagull "attacks" over the summer.
