A mystery artist became an internet sensation following his giant sketches in the sand.

A mystery beach artist became an internet sensation after he drew massive sketches in the sand. Walkers have been snapping and sharing their pictures with the sandman’s design. 

 

Meanwhile, the Beach Banksy, said that it was not a big deal. Refusing to reveal his name, he said: “Anybody can pick up a rake and do it.

 

“It’s like kids sticking their finger in the sand and drawing, just on a larger and more precise scale.”

 

He added: “It's quite relaxing spending a couple of hours wandering around in circles.

 

“People ask what I’m doing and I just say, ‘I don’t know but it’s better than sitting playing on a games console’.”

 

Meanwhile, the artist said he was inspired by a sandman’s huge image of the British Isles set within a compass.
