Peter Andre is preparing himself for what may be a final battle with his ex-wife Katie Price.

The father-of-two will be in court later this week to contest against comments made on The Graham Norton Show and in a magazine, where she alleges that he had an affair with his manager, Claire Powell, and would not see eight-year-old stepson Harvey.

In an interview yesterday on ITVÂ’s This Morning, Andre said he could not discuss the case, but revealed that he has had the tattoo of his former wifeÂ’s name removed from his wedding ring finger.

The Mysterious Girl singer-turned-presenter has always maintained that he loves all his children, including Harvey, equally.

Those close to him have reported that he is under “enormous strain” and is said to be devastated that things have had to go legal.

The case is due to start in the High Court on Thursday.
