'World's sexiest criminal' Stephanie Beaudoin enters guilty pleas for 30 out of 114 accusations

21-year-old Stephanie Beaudoin - who is dubbed as “the world’s sexiest criminal” - has pled guilty to a string of charges including theft and illegal owning of guns.

 

The nursing student appeared in court this week in Victoriaville, Quebec whereby she apologised for her crimes but the expression of regret may not help her - she could still be locked away for years. 

 

Stephanie, who became a viral sensation when pictures emerged after she was first accused, has said that she is prepared for her punishment. She said: 'I acted on a whim, and at a bad time. I'm suffering the consequences now, which is the right thing, too.'

 

The Canadian beauty faces maximum possible sentence of life in prison. 

 

Her lawyer, Denis Lavigne, said: 'I think, with the available information, that she did what she did after a period of depression, which made itself felt.'

 

A pre-sentencing report has been ordered which will give more insight into her state of mind during the crimes. 

 

She faces charges of breaking and entering, receiving stolen property, as well as illegally owning and storing a cache of nine firearms.
