WiredScore Silver Rating for Burlington House
Burlington House is the first in Manchester to achieve a WiredScore Silver Rating.

WiredScore has awarded the Burlington House in Manchester its silver rating under the residential certification. This is the first residential building to achieve such rating from the internationally recognised real estate rating scheme for digital connectivity.
Town Centre Securities PLC, the Leeds-based investor behind the development, has successfully proved its commitment to future-proofing the building by investing in the underlying digital infrastructure. As a result, the building is able to give renters a seamless digital experience with features like smart parcel management and 2N keyless entry, among others.
Burlington House is a 91 luxury waterfront apartment in the Piccadilly Basin development. It was designed by world-renowned Architects SimpsonHaugh to specifically deliver sophisticated city-center living.
