After completing World Tier 3 Nightmare mode in Diablo 4, players will be able to participate in new events that span the entirety of their region. These events are referred to as Helltides. These events are a part of the game's endgame content, and they provide players with new opportunities to earn valuable rewards as well as new challenges to overcome.
