What is Password Fatigue?
My1Login tackles password fatigue problem that causes staff to use old and weak passwords.

Regularly changing the passwords to your emails and all the apps that you use is one of the best ways to protect your privacy online. However, this often leads to ‘password fatigue’, a growing problem that forces employees to use old or weak passwords in the workplace.
My1Login, a leading identity firm management based at Pacific Quay is introducing an innovative single log-in solution that takes business passwords out of the hands of the users and places the business firmly back in control of its secure information. Employees are not required to memorise the password for any business application; in fact, they don’t even need to know what it is. The solution resolves around IDaaS encryption, a military grade level of security that uses a single secure phrase that encrypts all the data.
Stuart Toner, senior information and security analyst at ELEXON, explained why they took advantage of My1Login solution. He said: “Staff were using weak passwords and reusing the same passwords for critical business applications.
"Our existing password policy was inadequate and difficult to enforce. I was cognisant that user identities, which protected access to critical applications, were potentially creating a cyber security risk.”
My1Login worked with us at the outset to fully understand our requirements as an organisation. We wanted to deliver true Single Sign-On, enabling us to manage access to all application types in our business. My1Login achieved this, working with 100% of our apps.”
