Vincent Kartheiser practiced proposal with ‘Mad Men’ co-stars

Vincent rehearsed his proposal to Alexis Bledel with the help of Mad Men co-stars, which include Elisabeth Moss and Jessica Pare

As they say, practice makes perfect.

 

This maybe the reason why Vincent Kartheiser was able to get his girlfriend Alexis Bledel to say “Yes!” when he got down on one knee. It was revealed that the Mad Men star, who plays advertising executive Pete Campbell, rehearsed his proposal with the help of his co-stars Elizabeth Moss and Jessica Pare.

 

 

Pare shares, as reported by Female First: "It was purely comedic but he was giving (us) a facetious rendition of his planned proposal. We were like, 'Great! Let's do this one without cursing and without yelling!'" 

 

Moss, on the other hand reveals that the whole cast of the hit series is excited for the odd couple "They are such a yin and yang. I've known Vinny for 12 years and Alexis is just the sweetest. I've never seen Vincent like this. It is really cool.”

 

Meanwhile, Kartheiser's onscreen wife, Alison Brie, congratulated the newly engaged couple via Twitter. She wrote: "My Twitter feed was abuzz today with (fans) going, 'Oh my God'. I think everyone thought I was going to be very jealous but I'm excited for him for the record!"
