Radio DJ Neil Fox, also known as Doctor Fox, has been arrested and questioned at a police station in central London following four separate sexual assault allegations. It was alleged that the two assaults were carried out in the 1990s and the third one was in 2007.
The 53-year-old DJ is out on bail pending further inquiries scheduled sometime in March 2015.
Speaking to ITV News, Fox said: "[I'm] obviously extremely upset about these allegations. [I] strenuously deny these allegations.
"[I've been] with my legal team this afternoon trying to answer the police questions as best we possibly can, of course, and helping them as much as we can.
"Apart from that it is probably inappropriate that I say anything else at the moment."
Meanwhile, a spokesman for Bauer Media, which owns Magic FM where Fox is employed, said: "We have no comment to make on what is a police matter."
Fox was first arrested on September 30 in connection with four allegations of sexual assault from two women. During that time, the company said the presenter would be off air “to enable him to devote his full attention to dealing with these matters.”
