Description
A delicious way of introducing a variety of vegetables to your children’s diets – kids from as young as two can enjoy this meal.
1 hour to prepare and cook. Serves 6.

Ingredients
420g can of baked beans 400g can of green beans, drained 300g can of sliced mushrooms, drained |
2 x 392g cans of minced beef 820g can new potatoes (drained and grated coarsley) 50g grated Cheddar cheese |
Method
1. Lightly grease a 2 litre ovenproof dish. Arrange the following ingredients in even layers beginning with baked beans.
2. Then add the green beans, sliced mushrooms and lastly the minced beef. Top with the new potatoes (drained and grated coarsely).
3. Sprinkle with 50g grated Cheddar cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes at 200C/400F/Gas 6 until golden brown and piping hot.
