As a valued Supanet customer we hope you continue to enjoy the features of your Supanet webmail account.

We have identified the payment details previously provided for this service have now expired. We therefore request you follow these simple instructions to update your payment details, in order to continue to use your email service.

How to update your payment details

Simply log into your secure Supanet account by clicking here or type the address www.showmybill.com into your web browser.

Payment

Your annual payment of £10 will be debited on or around 07/12/09 using the debit/credit card details provided.

It is important you update your payment details by 24/11/2009.

Failure to update your payment details will mean you will no longer be able to access your yourusername@supanet.com emails after this date. If you require any further information regarding your email account, please detail your request by emailing us at salessupport@supanet.net.uk
