With 'offices to die for', internet business Google has been voted number one company to work for in the UK partly because of its 'cool culture'.

The employees have spoken and the top 10 companies to work for in the UK have been revealed. Google has taken the number one spot after its main UK office in London was praised by members of staff for its “cool culture”, “amazing people”, and the “level of trust given to employees.”
Jobs website Glassdoor put together the list after surveying thousands of users who were asked to rate how satisfied they were with their company.
They were asked how they felt about their CEO, whether they would recommend their employer to a friend, as well as key workplace attributes including career opportunities, compensation, benefits, culture/values and their work-life balance.
Business matters: The top 10 best places to work for in the UK are:
1. Google (4.4 out of 5)
2. John Lewis (4.3 out of 5)
3. Microsoft (4.1 out of 5)
4. Accenture (4.0 out of 5)
5. Jaguar Land Rover (4.0 out of 5)
6. JP Morgan (4.0 out of 5)
7. Three (3.9 out of 5)
8. Cisco Systems (3.9 out of 5)
9. Deloitte (3.0 out of 5)
10. PwC (3.8 out of 5)
