Tara: I want a new nose
Socialite to get a 'strong, cemented honker'...

Tara Pamer-Tomkinson has revealed plans for a new nose, saying that she wants a "strong, cemented honker".
The 39-year-old's nose was rebuilt in 2006, after it collapsed following years of cocaine abuse.
Now the socialite says she needs a new operation as it has become misshapen.
Palmer-Tomkinson told the London Evening Standard that she now needs "rhino tough cartilage" from her ribs, so she has a "strong, cemented honker":
"I'll tell you exactly what's happening with my nose. When I originally had it fixed... I was told it could be taken from my ear or from my ribs and I chose my ear.
"But the trouble with cartilage from the ear is that, although you get a really nice shape, it's delicate and easily damaged.
"It doesn't stand up well to general wear and tear. The other day I was shaking my duvet and the TV remote control flew up and hit me in the face."
Tara's original remodelling operation cost £6,000 and was carried out by the late Martin Kelly, husband of actress Natascha McElhone.
