Leeds-based start-up company Tappit provides a cashless solution that aims to help festival and event organisers manage footfall, improve efficiency by recognising consumer trends and improve the fan experience. On average, partners see a 22% increase in profits when using Tappit's technology.
The company has recently partnered with names including Manchester City Football Club, Tomorrowland Barcelona, Creamfields, Camp Bestival, Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and Birmingham City Football Club.
Tappit technology has been specifically designed to complement the existing infrastructure that organisers are currently using. It is user-friendly and does not require multiple integrations. The cashless tech sits on top of the current payment equipment, making it ideal for permanent installations at stadiums and venues of all sizes.
Currently, the company’s cashless solution is being used by over two million people across the globe. The number is expected to grow exponentially as the company has recently signed major partnerships and is keen on their continued expansion across the Middle East, South Pacific and the US.
