The Sun newspaper has tried to influence events inside the Big Brother house once more.

The tabloid flew a giant banner over the house yesterday, which read: "Only Becki nominated Michelle!"

The banner, a far cleverer attempt than the last launched by the paper, sparked friction inside the house ahead of nominations.

In previous years the newspaper has used radio-controlled planes to drop leaflets in the Big Brother garden - but bosses of the show have simply locked housemates inside and collected them. Whereas the banner was clearly visible from inside the house.

Michelle responded by confronting the house new girl, as producers cut the sound there were pictures of Dan stepping between the pair.

A show insider told The Sun: "Michelle was heartbroken when she was nominated last week, and she was furious to realise she had been stabbed in the back by Becki, who she thought was a friend."

Rob Newman, the pilot of the plane, said: "I was so close I could see six people in the garden, pointing and laughing. I could tell one was Jason."

The plan might even mean heartbreak for Ahmed.

The Somalian has recently made a heartfelt plea for the other housemates to nominate him and has also said that busty brunette Becki is the reason life on the reality TV show has looked better for him.

But if reports leaked to Virgin Radio are correct then Becki, Dan, and Jason are up for eviction this week. This could easily see the former asylum seeker trapped on the show for another week, without his only "breath of fresh air".
