Stuart Hall in court over sex abuse claims

Stuart Hall denies charges against him; he appeared in court on Monday

Former BBC broadcaster, Stuart Hall, aged 83, from Cheshire, has pleaded not guilty to three charges of indecent assault in court on Monday morning.

 

The charges relate to three females under the age of 18.

Mr. Hall appeared at Preston Magistrates, Lancashire, following his arrest in December, 2012.

 

The alleged incidents are thought to have taken place between 1974 and 1984.

The ex-presenter of the 70’s TV show It's A Knockout has been bailed until April, 2013, where he is expected to appear before Preston Crown Court.
