Samsung Game Live and Nintendo Switch video streaming apps have been recently launched.

Game live, a new app for Android smartphones , lets users live stream games to Twitch, Facebook, or YouTube. To use it, users simply launch a game, log into their streaming service of choice and then start streaming. Samsung said that users can stream up to 4GB in size and enjoy “around 200 minutes at high quality” with longer times available with lower resolutions.
The app, which is now available through the Samsung’s Galaxy Apps store, works on recent Samsung Galaxy devices running Android 6.0 Marshmallow or up.
A similar video streaming app was launched by Nintendo Switch. Called Niconico, the streaming site is often compared to YouTube. Released in Japan on 13th July, the app is most distinctive for the way that user comments appear directly over live streams.
Based on Nintendo’s listing for Niconico, companies will be able to publish apps directly to the Switch eShop outside of the major system updates.
