Britney Spears is being sued by three former minders who claim she over-worked them and tricked them out of overtime pay.
The bodyguards - Silas Dukes and brothers Lonnie and Randy Jones - claim the pop princess put them on call 24 hours a day without paying them extra and even refused them meal breaks.
The trio also allege the star didn't pay their final wages when she sacked them in November 2004.
They have filed a lawsuit against three of Britney's companies - Team Tours, Britney Brands and Britney Touring.
The 14-page lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, asks for compensation for unpaid wages and benefits, as well as penalties.
Court papers - which were obtained by entertainment news website TMZ.com - read: "They would take trips with Britney Spears that would require them to be on call 24 hours per day. But they were never overcompensated for the overtime hours they worked."
Britney has not commented on the allegations.
