Jessica Simpson is so vain her husband calls her Snow White - because she is always staring into mirrors.

The 'Dukes of Hazzard' beauty says hubby Nick Lachey started the nickname when she spent hours looking at her reflection as she toned up for the hotpant-wearing role of Daisy Duke.

She admitted: "I went to the gym, trained six days a week, two hours a day, for seven weeks. I lost about 12 pounds. Nick started to call me Snow White. He said he'd never seen me stare in the mirror quire so much."

Jessica also says she is thankful her breasts have shrunk - because fewer men leer at her chest.

The blonde star says after training for her racy role she was shocked to discover she had lost weight up top.

She said: "I don't mind that my boobs have shrunk a bit. Too many men stare at them anyway!"
