Smart Battery for Trading Renewable Energy

Green energy firm Iddea to install a smart battery storage with AI systems that allows cloud-based trading of renewable energy.

Devizes-based green energy firm Iddea has teamed up with new utilities company Social Energy for the installation of a smart battery storage with AI systems that allows cloud-based trading of renewable energy.

 

Iddea has recently hosted an information event at The Bear Hotel to create awareness about the new battery technology available to domestic solar panel owners.

 

Ian Dunstone, owner of Iddea, said: “It was a great evening, everyone in the room already had solar panels and are very proactive about renewable energy. This latest development in technology means they can have an even more positive impact on the grid, and benefit financially too!”

 

“We are right to be concerned for the future of our environment but with recent technological advances, individuals can make a significant difference. My aim is to make the information as accessible as possible and educate Wiltshire on the options it has.”
