Danny Moon is set to get it on with Albert Square's resident lap-dancer after being given the brush-off by Sam Hunter.

Wide-boy Danny, played by Jake Maskall, tries his luck with Sam, played by Kim Medcalf, but gets nowhere because she is so preoccupied with the fall-out from Dirty Den's murder.

So he turns his attentions to Sasha, played by Jemma Walker, instead after witnessing her and boyfriend Ade Ferreira clash in the Queen Vic, the Daily Star reports.

And the sparks are set to fly between the two in upcoming EastEnders episodes, with a taxi romp to herald the start of a steamy night of passion.

"There is obviously a lot of chemistry between Danny and Sasha," a telly source told the newspaper.

"It's almost inevitable that the two will get their act together. But it all happens a lot quicker than they expected when the flirting stops and they get down to some steamy action."

The source added: "It will be interesting to see whether the encounter is just a one-off or whether they will actually become an item."
