Girls Aloud beauty Sarah Harding has colonic irrigation.

The blonde beauty has undergone the purifying procedure - which involves having rectal waste pumped out of your body - several times, and is now hooked.

She confessed to Britain's Top of the Pops magazine: "I've had it done a few times. Everyone I knew was getting it done, so I decided to try it. It's not a pleasant experience and you have to make sure you go straight home afterwards and have a long shower."

However, Sarah's bandmate Nadine Coyle is not a fan of a colon cleanout.

The sexy singer went to have the procedure carried out but rushed out mid-way through - because she hated being pumped so much.

Nadine revealed: "I went to get it done and ended up running out. Lets just say I felt abused and violated. And I still had to pay!"
