The source added that the Samsung newest smartphone is currently being referred to as Beyond X inside the company and it would be the company’s most expensive Galaxy model when it hits the market. The news comes months after claims that Samsung has completely aborted plans to include 5G support with its next-generation flagship handset.
Meanwhile, Verizon has confirmed that they will launch the first Samsung-branded 5G-compatible handset early next year. However, it is not confirmed whether this 5G handset would be the long-rumoured Samsung Galaxy 10.
The tipster has added that Samsung’s top-of-the-line 5G skew of the Galaxy S10 will feature a 6.7-inch edge-to-edge display, as well as improved cameras on the front and rear of the smartphone. The tipster claims the handset will be available "in South Korea and the United States".
In the UK, EE has announced a new network deal with OnePlus to bring an all-new 5G-compatible handset separate from the OnePlus7. It will be available in the United Kingdom this year.
