Roberto was given an offer he couldn't refuse in the Big Brother house last night - to have afro-ed babies with Makosi.

It was the Italian's turn to win over the housemates ahead of tonight's evictions and he seemed to be doing a pretty good job of it.

All his previous rage over food seemed to have disappeared as he discussed relationships with Makosi and Derek in the bedroom.

"It would be nice to have someone in life to love," he sopped, before saying he would be keen on having children.

Quick as a flash, the Zimbabwean-born nurse chipped in: "Would you like kids with an afro? You can have kids with me."

Roberto didn't say yes and didn't say no, but Derek thought the whole idea was "beautiful".

The Italian was obviously keeping his options open as he had earlier engaged in another bout of outrageous flirting in the house - but this time with Craig.

The hairdresser found time out from musing about aliens to tease Roberto about his Italian roots, prompting the teacher to set about chasing Craig around the room.

When he finally caught him, the pair wrestled each other to the floor and passed out of view of the cameras, with only a "Oooh no!" from Craig and an "Ahhh" from Roberto giving a clue to what they were up to.

As he escaped, a flushed Craig gasped: "I've been attacked by the god of sex."

Meanwhile, Saskia seems to be going off Maxwell, switching from the passionate snogging in the Love Loft to a more aloof and even argumentative attitude.

Tory boy Derek is not surprised, however, remarking: "I don't understand how they think there is going to be any sexual energy between anybody, because everybody is so ugly."

Well that's that, then.
