Legendary singer Rod Stewart is being sued $3.3 million (£2 million) over alleged unpaid legal bills.
The 'Maggie May' and 'You Wear It Well' singer's ex-legal team claim that Stewart still owes them for three separate jobs.
TMZ.com reports Stewart employed the plaintiffs for more than 20 years.
In papers filed in Los Angeles and obtained by the website, the executives claim the former Faces frontman owes them millions in legal fees.
Stewart's representatives have not commented as yet.
Rod Stewart found fame as the singer in the Jeff Beck Group, which saw Beck on guitar and Ronnie Wood on bass.
Stewart and Wood left the group and joined The Faces with Wood switching to guitar. The Faces split up when Wood joined the Rolling Stones as Stewart's solo career went from strength to strength.
The Faces recently reformed without Stewart, who is currently committed to promoting his new album 'Soul Book'.
