Robin Williams’ wife, Susan, has filed papers in a San Francisco Court, saying that the comedian’s children from two previous marriages took items without her permission. She asked the court to exclude the contents of the Tiburon home that she shared with the Oscar winning comedian and actor.
"Any other interpretation would lead to Mrs Williams' home being stripped while Mrs Williams still lives there," her lawyers wrote.
Meanwhile, Zachary, Zelda, and Cody filed a counter claim saying that Susan is “adding insult to a terrible injury” for trying to change the trust agreement.
Lawyers for Williams' children said in court papers: "The Williams' children are heartbroken that Petitioner, Mr Williams' wife of less than three years, has acted against his wishes by challenging the plans he so carefully made for his estate.”
Williams passed in August and the Good Will Hunting star’s death ruled as a suicide. His wife said that the comedian was struggling with depression, anxiety, and a recent Parkinson’s disease diagnosis.
His trust granted his children his memorabilia and awards in the entertainment industry and some other specific personal items.
