Recipe: Mint & Yoghurt Dip

With the party season just around the corner, make sure you have plans in place to provide your guests with plenty of nibbles.
Whether you’ll offer ready-made canapés or homemade potato chips, be the perfect host and make sure there’s a dip that can complement your food.
Why not try this simple yet tasty condiment…
Ingredients:
- a bunch of mint (or 1/2 a cup of chopped mint leaves)
- one pot of yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- salt
Method:
Step 1. Put the mint leaves in a food processor and add one tsp of yogurt. Blend the ingredients until they turn into a paste.
Step 2. Remove the contents from the processor and add them to a bowl. Pour in the rest of the yogurt.
Step 3. Mix the ingredients together using a spoon. Add the cumin and continue to mix.
Step 4. Add a pinch of salt to taste to season the dip.
