The idea of taking soothing walks in the rain without getting wet becomes a reality.
A new amazing art exhibition in Shanghai, China, titled the Rain Room, uses a 3D camera tracking system that creates a carefully choreographed path through the downpour, based on the visitors’ movements.
Hannes Koch, the Rain Room designer told CCTV News: "I think the initially idea didn't have anything to do with rain, it had to do with imagination, of how it would feel to be inside rain but to be protected from it."
He added: "To be inside something threatening almost, but you are not exposed to it."
The exhibition has been previously shown in London and the Museum of Modern Art in New York. It is currently being displayed in the Yuz Museum in Shanghai.
